What’s in a general update?
Autosoft frequently administers updates to the software to add improvements, new features, client-requested enhancements, legislation-enforced report changes, and to generally make the software better and more user-friendly for all our valued clients.
Why should I update?
It is important to keep your software up to date, as the latest version is usually the best version, and additionally the Support Team that assists you will always be running the most recent version – supporting you when the versions are the same becomes a much more efficient task. When requesting support, please ensure that you version is the most current version, as the technician taking your call will most probably suggest this as the first course of action when rendering assistance.
OK so updates are important. Can someone do it for me?
Support can indeed perform the update for your business for a small fee if you prefer, however the update process is easy enough for anyone to run. There is a guide on how to administer the update here:
