License & Support Agreement

At Autosoft, we like to run our business on the basis of fair and equitable trading terms. Indeed, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on initial system purchase, from the date of original invoice.

While virtually all circumstances can be addressed with common sense and fairness, there is the necessity for the following agreement and contract so we can be clear and fair with not only expectations from clients, but expectations around the service you will receive.

License Agreement
The use of Autosoft software is bound by the following license agreement. Having the system installed on your computer indicates acceptance of this license agreement.

Software Maintenance Contract
The following document outlines the Software Maintenance Contract. This contract is entered into from the day of invoice for your original system unless expressly otherwise noted. Every Autosoft installation takes on this support contract for a minimum of 12 months. Note that you must terminate the contract no less than 30 days prior to renewal for this contract to discontinue for a further 12 months.
